Dancing involves some inherent bodily risk and close physical contact. By participating in any of our services, you agree to hold harmless and to waive any claim for injury of any type against Schedule Success, Summer Tango Experience, Thessaloniki Tango Party, Mavromatis Institute, Pablito Greco Creative, Educator X (pen name of Pavlos Mavromatis), Pavlos Mavromatis, all event employees, subcontractors, vendors, venue owners, collaborators, and volunteers.

By registering, reserving, booking, scheduling, paying an amount, or any similar monetary transaction, you acknowledge, agree, and accept that you are donating that amount to our online and offline events, products, services, and organizations.

The receipt emailed to you by PayPal is the only receipt you will receive. You will not receive an additional receipt from our services. We download our list directly from PayPal, so if your transaction was processed by PayPal, take comfort knowing that everything is fine.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion.

Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial usage of our services. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our participants. The amount and form of such, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion.

1. Scheduling a Session: Sessions can be scheduled through pablitogreco.com/schedule.html or tangosecretsbook.com for tango-related sessions.

2. Rescheduling Limit: Clients are allowed one rescheduling opportunity per session, 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Any subsequent rescheduling requests will be subject to the terms below.

3. Forfeiture of Initial Deposit: In the event that you need to reschedule beyond the permitted limit, your initial deposit will be forfeited.

4. Scheduling a New Date: To proceed with a rescheduled session, clients must choose a new date through our scheduling portal. A new deposit will be required to confirm the updated appointment.

5. Canceling a Session: For any canceled session that is not subject to rescheduling, your initial deposit will be forfeited. Questions? hello@pablitogreco.com
